UOF Launcher prompts error when launched

Hi, I'd like to do the new patch update however I came across with an error when I try to run UOF Launcher. I used to run UOF on a Mac before so I did not need to use UOF Launcher and I installed UO Classic separately and connected via UOSteam so I have never run UOF before (in this computer too which is windows 7).

What might be the problem?
