My screen is black and locations are labeled in neon blue. I downloaded a zip file with maps and in UOAM 9 put that location under map UO data files location. It's still the same. Anyone have any siggestions? Thanks

Instead of inputting the map folder of maps that I downloaded separately and placing the network path address into UOAM under maps tab, I cut and pasted the maps I downlaoded into the actual UOAM folder. Think that fixed it and there is no longer a black screen. Hower I did notice that the actual UOAM folder did have .map files not sure why they didn't work on their own.

Those .map files are not the image files, but the info files - they contain the names and coordinates.
to get rid of the black screen, just manually select the c:\pprogramfiles\uoclassic folder
