Titles Hues

Hello! In the spirit of the holidays I would like to dress up my titles hue. I have been searching for a hue 1266 "fallon" hue to match my clothes but those seem to be very few and very far between and some others may not exist any longer. If located it would be an ideal fit! The blue title I have is very close but not close enough for my liking.

But also I see many people with a "pure white" title hue but no one has been able to answer where it came from.

How does one obtain such title hue?

The fallon blue hue, was a reward from old easter event.. not too many people have it. The white title hue comes from (Hero) factions.. so you need to be in the faction True Brits, or Council of Mages faction.

yeah, they are account bound, so any characters on that account can use.
