tamer +1 scroll

I looted a tamer +1 scroll, do I need to wait till I hit 100 with taming or can I use it while I am at like 80 ?

You could use it whenever you want.
Even from 10 to 11
After 100, you cannot rise your skill by skill scroll, unless you use power scroll.
Btw, taming scrolls are very valuable, you could also sell it for a good price
