I don't see why the Ancient Wyrm isn't a tamable. Make it a 4 slot (maybe 3 slot?), 105 to tame and bond. A meta dragon is still a lot better, but gives tamers more of a choice.
Death Beetle: Could you either take is down to 2 slots or give it a backpack like the Giant Beetle. It is NOT used by the players, It needs some changes..
I would also like to see the Dread Spider as a tamable, maybe between a young dragon and a dragon, somewhere like 88.3 or so.
I think at 120 taming it shouldn't matter if the monster is mad, you should still be able to tame it.
Personally, I would like to see all monsters tamable, but I understand that might open some problems.
