My new suggestion is to have XP potions or XP deeds or whatever as an [eventscore reward.
Why?
Anyone who has a dexer or mage talisman knows how difficult it is to level it. It takes time, effort, resources, and equipment. The relics sell for millions each. Unlike the pokédragons, the meta talismen cannot be bought and sold. So, the casual player can't just save up some gold to buy one at max or near max level.
Now, I'm proposing that the XP potions be bought with [eventscore at a 1 to 1 ratio. With that said, I'm also suggesting that the minimum be 1,000 [eventscore points (worth 1,000 talisman XP) and that the XP potions are character bound and apply directly to a talisman that is also bound to the character that claimed the XP potion. Or, it can be set up to apply the XP immediately to any equiped talisman of the player who buys it from the [eventscore gump. Having the XP potions character bound would prevent the selling of the XP potions, ensuring someone could not buy their way from lvl 1 to lvl 10.
Some people may feel that a 1 to 1 ratio may be too much but I say take a look at the below screenshot of the current [eventscore leaderboards (As of 29 Apr, 2015):
Now, even if I were to still have all 15,627 event points (which I don't, I currently have 2.727), then I'd only be able to buy 15,000 XP for a talisman that I have. Since I'm suggesting these XP potions be bound to the character that buys the reward, 15,000 XP is only a very small fraction of the total XP required to get to lvl 10 at 724,000. And remember, these scores have been building up over many months now.
What are the Pros?

For those who do not know, here is the breakdown of XP required per level:
1 - 20,000
2 - 32,000
3 - 48,000
4 - 64,000
5 - 80,000
6 - 96,000
7 - 112,000
8 - 128,000
9 - 144,000
Total: 724,000 XP

What are the Pros?
- More people participating in events! Those 1v1 tournies may skyrocket in participation going from 15-20 to upwards of 35-40 easily.
- CTFs may have a jump from 7-10 people per team to possibly 15-20 people per team.
- Invasions always have a boatload of people participating but meta dexers and meta mages do not get much XP for their participation because it requires that we hold aggro. We all know how difficult it is to compete for aggro and therefore XP from invasions.
- Talisman XP potions at a 1 to 1 ratio of [eventscore to XP
- Minimum 1,000 [eventscore to buy
- Potion bound to character who bought or applied directly to equipped talisman
- XP is small fraction of total requirement to get to max level
- Boost in participation of tournaments, CTFs, FFAs, Invasions, etc.
- A way to get XP out of invasions considering we have to hold aggro on a mob (which is difficult with 100+ people in 1 city)
