Strange named items

I have found these strange items suck as Waterlogged boots (thigh boots) Normal color hue not blessed, and Crafty's fishing hat (floppy hat) Normal color hue not blessed. If anyone knows price or any information would be great. These are for sale but could not work taking a picture. Thanks
