Str and Dex

So does str give additional Dmg bonus of 5% when it reaches 100? I read this on stratics but I'm not sure if it's ren era.

Also are there actually swing speed thresholds or is it just a gradual climb to 100 Dex?

True, real easy to knock skills from GM to 99.9. Lots of things we should test. What are the other bonus' everyones always asking about?
