Mostly old way the Item was perfectly fitted into the Area. So hard to Discover.

Yeah I only recently got into obtaining my rares through means other than just buying them. Once I was given some spawn info and was shown a few spots it kinda tuned me into how to go cold-searching. That way you aren't trying to steal every single item you see and wasting a bunch of time. I haven't had any luck but I haven't had time to look proper.

It's so hard to jump into the rares game if you don't know the timers. You basically have to buy rares and ask about them. People tend to be more generous with information if you're padding their pockets, either by buy purchasing the items in question or just straight buying info.

If you are talking about Stealable as in rares like OSI that actually take the stealing skill to obtain, I do not believe there are any besides the coils of metal and hanging herbs maybe. Other than that I have not see any others that are stealable, although I really hope they implement something to keep my thief busy cause i was really hoping to sneak and get rares of hard mobs or out of random chests etc idk.

Other than that there is alot of rares you can steal from players, if you happen to be around them and they are dumb enough to have them in a bag by themselves lol. Alot of rares besides deco are blessed, and with the trammel docks no one brings anything worth stealing out of the bank, and you cant steal at docks

although every once in a while youll find someone slipping or farming with a rare, you can find some rares that just spawn on the ground in certain areas based on time and you just pick them up off the ground, and also they added a new rare system with the addition of RDAs I believe, but not sure if those took stealing, and thought i heard they got rid of it to fix it?

Heh 99% of the time I think it's a good old snipe hunt in that situation
