Ok the time has come to sell my house, i have had this house for a year and a half now and loved it. see pictures below.
This is a 17 by 17, but when large houses come out you could upgrade to a 13x25 if you wanted.
the house has no other houses within one screen
is one and a half screens from both water and mountain.
15 seconds from destard entrance, 30 Seconds from Skara, and 15 seconds from swamp.
Private Pond, with bridge and statues. one of the coolest places in UO IMO. someone with decorating skills could make a sweet looking house for housing competitions.
Private water elemental spawn. i have received 4 statues off him and never farmed it. (its spawn point is far enough away that unless you are just chilling outside it wont bother you)
