I believe it is originally from the 2013 Christmas bags. I got a couple hidden away somewhere, but it had a present in it that when you "opened" it gave you a list of items to choose from (wreath, yule log, snowman, etc).



Edit: It also has been rewards or apparently dono vendor items too. Not sure how to determine which origin it is from.
