A short run down to Britain.
S/b: 400k
If you stop reading after the S/B, that is fine. The reasons for such a high price are as follows:
I used to own a small house near Lord British's Castle and the Britain Cemetery. I got rid of it in order to be able to own larger plots. So, my vendors there will be relocated, eventually.
I also own a small tower right next to my old small house, and someone wants to buy it from me because he placed a small plot at the spot where my old house used to be, and wants to attempt expanding his new plot into a larger plot (9x14?).
I placed this small tower via the house placement tool, and it was about 180k in order to place it. I also REALLY want a house or tower near Britain, so selling this small tower seems like a set back. There has to be something to convince me to sell it, otherwise I am keeping it. I know various tamers with 2x dragons/wyrms brag about making 100k an hour, so I am not giving up this small tower for a cheap price. Plus, anyone can easily donate some money to get the gold required if they really want it without spending time to make it in the game.
The price might seem outrageous, but I am selling it for a S/B of 400k. To me, this is only about 6.5 hours of effort to get without dragons or donation coins.
Might seem like a ripoff, but the location is really good and I want to keep it. Someone else wants it, so I am selling it for a S/B of 400k; it is worth that much to me just to have a spot that I like near Britain. I also had vendors in this spot that were being bought from, so I will be most likely losing business by moving until my new location(s) are known.
To the main possible buyer that really wants it: I am willing to buy a small tower back from you at the exact location if your expansion does not work for minus 50k the selling price, assuming you take this offer. This is minus 50k because of the time it will take for me to move the stuff out of that location. If you score with a bigger plot, this is a fairly good deal for such a nice location. I thought about trying to expand on this location, but you placed a small plot before I could attempt to turn my two smaller houses/towers into a bigger plot. If you don't score, and instead inherit another small plot, you can choose to sell it back to me for 50k less than what you bought it for.
I'm putting this up for sale just in case anyone other than the neighbor next door wants a nice spot near Britain and to give the owner(s) of the land that formally belonged to me a chance to get what they want.
