WTS Small stone tower/wider plot

I want to clarify that a larger custom plot can be set up here instead of the stone tower building. Possibly a 7x9? not too familiar with the size but definitely wider. It is literally a few seconds away from little Cove town and orc fort. I just used as a starter home and now ready to move on!
