Slayer Bows

can you make slayer bows at GM level or do you have to be legendary?

Yes at GM, and I believe even below GM. There are no powerscrolls for fletching (at the moment)

You can make them at any skill. I made 5 or 6 just getting up to 100. Also. there are no fletching powerscrolls

You must be in the Britain Crafting area to get slayers and the proc rate has dropped significantly in the last few weeks.
