Skill Scroll Drops

I have read the guides for which mobs to hunt and had some good success. Does anyone know if the drop rate for scrolls is impacted by:

1. Location - I seem to get way more drops when in a dungeon vs. overland or tmap spawn.
2. Mob type - liches and evil mages are heavily farmed - is the drop rate on these the same as balrons etc?

Don't think it's affected by location but it's definitely affected by monster type.

I average 1ss every 5 titans, liches drop definitely less.
