I don't have much to go on for your issue, but have you fully up-dated?
Which program are you using (Razor, UOAssist, Steam, ect~ect)?
Try a update, and a computer restart. Let us know if it works. And see ya out there.

Hey! Finally i got a reply! thanks a lot i have been trying for 5 hours now. Im using razor.
So my client gets stuck at verifying account, and sometimes it moves to the next display but im never able to start the game.
I have followed every advice i found, restarted, typed wrong password, cleaned DNS, uncheck Patch on Razor, etc.
I have no ideas anymore and i start to think it is from the server side... How can i contact someone to help me out?

I'm not exactly sure what your issue could be. I'd suggest rechecking your info on the Razor launcher (port number: **** & Server: login.uoforever.com).
Also make sure that on the 'Options' tab you have checked 'Negotiate features with Server'. That could be holding you from logging in.
But if these don't work you'll just need to talk to staff; Shane, eppy, or Halygon.
