Should I just make a toon for aclhy and smithy? Not put it on my main because its a waste of skill. I wanna do a pvp warrior build. I figured it would be better in the long run to be able to make the gear I use for it.

A lot of ppl put alchemy on their pvp warrior because of how explosion potions work with alchemy. Devs have said they're going to be tweaking that so the bomb-melee builds may be getting nerfed. As of right now, bomb/nox fencer is one of the more powerful pvp builds.
I definitely wouldn't put smithy on a pvp character. Make a mule char that makes your gear. Also, take note of the DEX penalties you get for various types of armor. DEX directly impacts your max STA. STA impacts your swing speed. For every 30 STA you get a little faster swing rate. A full suit of platemail is -20 DEX.

I have alchemy on numerous pvp chars.
Inscription on a pvp mage.
Blacksmith,tailor,poisoning,tinkering,Carpentry,Mining are on a dedicated crafting character.
