Selling this 8X7 haunt--I mean totally normal--former Moonglow Zoo guard tower, conveniently located on the road between the cotton fields and the zoo! Although the area itself is safe, it is said that the ghosts of former zookeeper guards still roam the area, whispering things like "oOoOoo" and "Carole Baskin, killed her husband, whacked him". But those are just rumours.
Asking 150K for the plot, 250K with the ghosts. I mean decorations.
