Selling this quiet 15x15 max storage on behalf of @Fattson. It is located on Avatar (Fire) Island, a few screens north of the Fire Temple. There is no spawn around the plot and only one neighbour on screen. The screenshot below was taken using the UOF Launcher's tree hack.
