Nice starter house or base of operations during Monster of the Month when ettins are up [...next year!]. The monsters spawn above the plot so you usually recall into safety. The spawn is actually pretty heavy if you sit and farm it up.
Next to treasure map spawns 21-27! Closest to 23.
The closest houses are a row of small towers about 2-3 screens to the southwest. There's also a hill running along the bottom of the east side that allows for double entry I'm pretty sure.
