Selling this 15x10 (or 11) plot in the heart of the Sandstone estates! Small and cheap! Only 4 houses in this clearing, two are mine and the other is my buddies. This one is a different buddy who has moved on up into a max. Not trying to get rich off this little house, but I'll only sell to someone who can respect the rules of the homeowners association, meaning.. you can't build some fucking eyesore that I have to look at every time I go to my house. lolol. If you want a nice little house, with the best neighbor available.. throw me an offer.
