I don't want to derail your thread - but you will never get 2 mill for this...

I'd try starting it at 500k or so... might be hard at that as well (considering the cool factor is very low)

Even 500k Might be alil high. but you never know another mans junk is another mans treasure .. unless you want to keep it yourself . start with a much lower SB say even 200k and no buyout , let the bidders decide its value if its worth 2mil then people will bid it up there ..
Just ask your self would you pay 2mil for that hat ......
