Runic crafting items

A few questions if I may. So much info out there on other shards and such that could be incorrect here. Are runic sewing kits and runic smithing hammers BOD rewards only? Also, where do you get horned, barbed and spined leather?

Runic Hammers and Kits are from BOD rewards only. Crafting area has some great break downs and trading threads for BODS in general.

Critters are where you get leather. Cows through Dragons. Kill 'em, Skin 'em, cut up the hides.

I know where you get leather in general, I just wanted to know what mob type dropped what type of specialty leather beyond normal. Trying to plan my hunting. Different information online in different places as it changed over the years. Trying to find out what's accurate here.
