It's not quite a max storage but it isn't far off! You get 1576 secure storage and 788 lockdowns. It's nicely located along the roadside east of Britain. There is some weak monster spawn (e.g. harpies, headless) to the south that occasionally wanders up to the plot. There are no houses blocking the plot and there is currently space next door for a small tower if you wanted side-by-side houses.
