Release the 2013 halloween costumes

Hi yes, for anyone who owns a 2013 Halloween costume, the things are permanently locked in place wherever they are, unable to be picked up. I don't know why but it's a big tease and it could use a fix.

OR if there's some reason that we can't use them anymore, like maybe theyre bugged, maybe make a vendor that accepts old costumes as currency for new ones. would be kinda cool for everyone who bought a bunch of these.

i have a bag of 2013 ones that i can move, also they only work the week or day of halloween, there is 2013 and 2014 ones.

would be cool if we could use the old ones and new ones!! maybe for all of october

yeah well when they came out in 2013 it was all October im pretty sure. I missed Halloween day 2014 so I wasn't aware they worked at all anymore.
