2118 is on Leather Dye Tub (Last option in Reds) and Runebook Dye Tub (Last option in Reds)
Can't get it on special dye tub or normal dye tub. So I'm just going to assume it's rare.

and believe it or not (this is not a bug) you can take a runebook dye tub and dye cloth with it!!! so thats how you get that hue. and yes shane and the gms know that a runebook dye tub can dye cloth. and they are leaving it that way!!!
