Most likely is client then.
Either way, we are ALL FOR video's here. The best way? Record them, and upload them to youtube as "Ultima Online Forever : (Title here)"

The client you're watching on needs to match (at least somewhat closely) the client that the video was recorded on. I just recorded a rpv yesterday in CTF in case I saw any flag bugs but I ended up walling so I didn't even bother to try to watch the video. It should work though. If the video plays for a second or two and then freezes and the time reads something like 18983:27/27:30 it means you are watching using a client version that is too far from the one on which the packet video was recorded.
But yeah once you record them you can upload them to uomovies.com and then just paste a link
