Razor has stopped working (could not find the solution)

Problem: When I try to press 'okay' button from 'Welcome to Razor!' screen, razor crashes with the error message stating that 'Razor has stopped working.'

Solutions I have tried

1) Reinstalling client / Razor

2) Getting latest patch for Razor

3) Changed compatibility to XP / Running it as an administrator

4) Turning off firewall

5) Relocating Razor

6) Retyping Server port and double checking server log in


I am using Windows 7 and system type is 64-bit Operating System.

I even found a post at the other site suggesting that I can solve this issue by playing with the Windows registry. However, I am not familiar with the programming so I did not want to risk messing it up.

UOSteam is working without any issue. But I heard you cannot use it to play in Ultima Online Forever.

With all due respect, if anybody knows possible fix to this problem (or a post with a solution) please let me know!

You can use uosteam again now on UOF but it has had some of the OP features blocked and seems some of the macros dont work in CTF (and im guessing the new pvp battle when released )

for instance i use 1 macro to cover heal/poison pots and that wont work in CTF to cure poison no idea why you will just have to have a separate profile and use basic macros for ctf if you wana play

Oh I did not know you can use UO steam. I guess I will try to find how to log in with it
