Where do these guys spawn other than champ spawns? I think I have heard there are some in Wrong, are there any other locations? Thanks

Or ice dungeon. Go 1 level below, there is a whole camp there.

and mostly likely chance of obtaining a taming SS off these guys for some odd reason .. of the 6 taming SS ive collected 4 of them are off the rat men , and 1 from Arctic Oger Lord and the 6th from a harpy when i was farming feathers.
