Rant Section

We need a Rants and Raves section on the forums. Sometimes something doesn't fit into pvp or pvm discussion.

I thought about this when I was wishing there was an extended grey for looters or a bounty system.

I would seriously pay a million gold to place a bounty on someones head that makes them perma grey for that time.

I don't mind reds they do what they do. But I get pretty bent out of shape by other blues. I have been killing the halloween even monsters all day and almost every time I kill one another blue runs over and grabs the loot real fast and runs off. There is nothing I can do about this, my pets are way to slow to catch them plus I suck at PvP and am not interested. However, the same person can steal my loot over and over all day and other than being grey a few seconds while hiding somewhere, they get to stay blue and if I attack them they kill me with no penalties at all.

Please can we have something like if they turn grey more than 5 times in a day they get an extended grey or let me throw piles of gold at putting a bounty on their blue head that turns them grey. Bounty and they remain blue would be pointless, the whole point is if someone is a serial thief they shouldnt be able to hide behind the wall of blue.

We have tried the Rants section out twice and both times they became too toxic to even handle. Personal attacks ensued, RL Stalking, and all out over the top harrassment. Some people do not know limits and take it beyond just a rant and into a non-stop RL attack. Shane has shut down the forum both times when it got too bad. I do not believe a third will be made.

Not a terrible idea.

But honestly i've written off PLAYER VS PLAYER as a the latest reasonable rants and flames.. I mean if it's going to get worse than the stuff posted there recently does it really need to be posted at all?...

If you have that much built up virgin angst hit up a gym, punch something, go for a run, learn an instrument, yell at your cat. Do whatever but don't come to this community with intentions to release your personal issues on other players that you don't even know.
