My current house is too small and want to build a bigger one. How can I demolish my current house to build another one, besides waiting the 4 weeks for the house to decay?

Hello,
You can demolish your home by double clicking the sign outside, going to "Ownership" and clicking "Demolish House".
Be prepared to replace the current house in case a larger one might not fit due to terrain or otherwise.

Thanks for answering my question. However, I now can bring up the "Ownership" but it is not an option to "Demolish House" It is there, but there is nothing to click on.

It could be because you do not own the house on the account you are on. You need to be on the character who originally placed the home.
