Does the effect of this powder show on the weapon? Does it read in the name of the item like magical properties?

If nothing shows on the item click then this becomes worthwhile only for yourself, for use on your own weapons (as you can't charge something you can't prove). Just wondering if this is the case.

Has anyone playtested this? Can I apply more than once on the same weapon, does it stack, are the benefits comparable to durable/massive/indestructible bonuses? Etc etc

nope I dont believe it shows for anyone else, unless they Arms Lore.

However, this can be applied more than once up to a max durability of 250 or 255

I think just Arms Lore. Just keep mashing it until the numerical value comes up
