Looking to sell this plot, not sure on exact size but you can see images. House value on sign is 210k. Owing to the house being not too far from Brit, secluded in a cove at the bottom and zero spawn apart from the occasional horse around it, I would like to think that I may get a little extra cash. Don't want to set a price so thought I would put it to auction. starting bid 100k. good luck and thanks for reading.
