I ended up asking a player in-game about how to register on mIRC..
The command is as following...
/msg NickServ YourNameHere Password [email protected]
Problem I was having was typing in uoforever as the "NickServ" when it is just that NickServ.. the only thing you need to change is YourNameHere, Password, [email protected]
