Playing UO with WINE on OSX 10.7.5

So i followed this tut http://www.********.com/community/index.php?threads/515151/, And everything works fines then after i select my character and go into the world it crashes... and i get this error in Wine :err:seh:raise_exception Unhandled exception code c0000005 flags 0 addr 0x7bc3db15 . So idk what to do.. cause its sooo close and ive really wanted to play UO for months now.... i want to come back soo bad

I'm a pc gal but I think u can run a virtual image of windows in Mac so u can run apps on both OS accordingly.

Well thats kinda what i am doing if you read my first post... Kinda just waiting for someone else who uses WINE to come along and see it and be able to help.

Only person I know that runs UO on his Mac had to download the apply compatible client from another server. Problem is he can't go to any of the custom UOF places. You may be the guinea pig on this using WINE. I looked a little bit and didn't see anyone else post a solution. Hopefully you can get it figured out eventually.

yeah i peeped that site first... i used to run it using Boot Camp but its kinda a pain in my ass... Its let me full log in a few times but once i click outside of the game screen to try to minimize it, it crashes also... so Idk i just hope someones into Wine around here.. Posting on WineHQ next

i used to have a mac back in the day and i tried using similar windows programs and i could never get uo to work, tried though i might and then got sad

I ran uosa and uof razor through bootcamp on my mac laptop, had to keep that house refresh up!
