Players looting your kills w/o going grey

Why is it that anyone can hit the mobs you're killing For the last 1-2%, loot them and not flag? Seriously i had a xmas chest stolen like this and the motherfucker just recalled as i was attacking him? Like what???

Should i just attack anyone who comes near me when i'm doing pvm?

This is bullshit. If they want to loot they should ALWAYS go grey unless they hit For AT LEAST 20%

Yeah but i couldn't even kill him! He looted and insta recalled while i was casting! If he'd have flagged that wouldn't have been possibile
