Can someone please tell me what platinum coins are for. I got some from a chest on a T-Hunt and have no ideah what they are for/ Thanks in advance!

There is a vendor just south of West Brit Bank near the poker tables.
Her outfit is the color of platinum coins.
She sells pieces of Ranger armor and Pheonix Armor along with lots of cool stuff.
