Plate vs Bone (invulnerable)

I saw some fella selling full invulnerable bone with heater shield that had 124 AR... My perfect suit of full plate and heater is only 113... Dahell?

Shouldnt plate have a higher AR considering the dex loss? Why give bone all the AR and dex too?? I know its not as durable but that can't be enough of a trade-off... Can it??? Halp! Im so puzzled after all these years of uo! Thanks
