NOT Your typical Rune Library!
This is marked 15 tiles away from chest locations. You would use this with a normal TMAP RUNE LIB that is centered on chest locations. (available for 120k if needed).
You scan the normal rune lib for "blocked" locations. You then use the PK version to teleport 15 tiles away from the chest location. You can send a stealther in to investigate. If its a good opportunity, send in your Pk's.
The locations are based off a NESW pattern. We first move North 15 tiles, if there is a suitable location to mark it is marked. If the location is blocked by housing, water, land patterns, etc.. we move to the East. If not there, to the South, then to the West. (Some locations such as islands may be too tight to make a 15 square radius, these will be included at the best possible location, but these locations are recommended to be avoided due to their tight quarters).
