I've never looted Peace SS because you would have to be a crazy person to buy one. It's a very easy skill to macro.

I'd just toss it tbh.

Unless you are using for taming or to boost your skill cap with PS I wouldn't! Peace is broken here, fail rate is excessively high even at 120 with a GM instrument.
