There are lots of these around from the old spawnable rares system, you would be lucky to get 50k for it..

did this drop for you recently? of have you had it? i know there is a few variations of destroyed chairs on UOF. if it was a recent drop then it is a new rare. if its not, that it was a old rare and possibly many out there.
