Almost every server Ive been on that had trash token system gave these at times(a lot) out of the trash barrels.Highly doubt its rare.Click the trash barrels to receive one.You may have to check often as if someone go tit it needs to re spawn.
Good luck getting 100k.
When re-implemented, these will be picked up in mass quantities every time the septic overflows.
Only rare part of this item is that the septic tanks were temporarily removed.
They are the same as snow (throwing at other people) but will be insanely common.
