it all depends if it is a new dropping rare or not, did you get this off a mob or was it stolen? if it was off a mob you will see its price under 400k, it is a small deco on top of it.

welllll... i dont know where it ORIGINALLY came from...i "acquired" it....
If you are unwilling to give details of where you got an item, then a price check is irrelevant

It was a monthly stealable back in the day. Stolen from the lighthouse near Trinsic I think. Now it drops on mobs randomly.
