Considering they were going for 15 6 months ago, and not that many have been sold since, I thought they would be going for more.

Gonna hold on to mine for now.

Gore hasn't been on in 5 + months, most people should have a rune to our Yew Castle if our enemies were smart for an entire year. where we had all of our 18x18's placed (which we just dropped a few weeks ago to place the castle since no one longs in and I got tired of refreshing everyones shit - nice try however ! On topic, doesn't seem you have a cellar in this one, but I'd say a grass castle like this, not waterfront, not especially secluded...
13 mil would be a good S/B for something like this (meaning, if 13m was bid, you'd accept, not just to "kick things off")
