ay m8 i think barbed sell for 600k+. but u need to have all small bods and also the large bod in order to get the reward a barbed runic sewing kit. id say the smalls prolly worth around 100k and the large significantly more ( i may be wrong here)

Last time I priced it, it was around 900k for a fully charged Barbed Runic Sewing kit. I'd be willing to bet there are some out there, but not a ton. The sbods are not easily found for the lbods, so effort is required to complete these things. Plus there is no equivalent to an ancient smithy hammer (increasing crafting success chance) for tailoring, so crafting bone armor will almost always waste some charges.

i am after tier 5 cloth currently i need 200 yards, yesterday i turned in over 50 20 ex spined leather sbods, those all went to barbed runic kits. last week i turned in another 30+ of the same bods. i pull with 6 tailors, in a week i will get 5-10 barbed kit bods. with that being said, even thru fails no one cares because most of this armor is for private use. so it starts off cheap and the owner wants it cheaper due to pks. the price of these will never get high again. i think they just keep getting cheaper and cheaper because they are easy to get if you have a few tailors to pull bods with.

tailoring is NOT a good gold income, why because once you find out how EVERYONE is over charging for majority of tailor items, you will find yourself making a tailor or two for bods ;)

I am not sure that you are a typical case study for the market of bods. Not many people have 6 characters with tailoring for the purposes of pulling BODs.

But again, the cheapest I have ever seen a barbed rsk sold for is 600k. A full suit of exc barbed bone armor goes for around 300k, there are two sets that can be made with one barbed rsk with a couple charges left over.

Are you saying that people are using barbed runic armor for pvm? I have never seen that before. I have only seen barbed runic armor in tournys.

if thats the case then why are they worth anything at all since there is what maybe a tourny every month? so if not pvm and not tourny why is there a market at all for this armor? and kinda gets back to my point on how cheap a kit is. if i can buy weekly the small bods for 25-35k for a barbed kit, and yes i mean i buy 80% of the bods i need and at this price. so filling the lbod +150k in smalls is right around 300-400k.

Tourny gear is always fairly pricey and never used anywhere else. It doesn't mean that the items are not worth a lot, it just means it is only worth a lot to a small few.

If you did go through the trouble of consistently gathering and completing barbed rsks AND putting them on the market, then yes, the price of them would go down until the barbed rsks dried up.

BODs are a gamble. There is no guarantee, even by probability, that anyone would be able to consistently gather the matching sbods and lbods to truly force the market down in price.

I still stand by my prices. If someone were wanting to buy a barbed RSK in today's market, 600k-900k would be a fair price, ranging on how many are available at that moment, how much the seller wants to get rid of the item, and how much the buyer needs one.

80 AR no dex loss bone is probly best overall. Full plate is a little higher I think? But with the obvious drawbacks. I forget I don't use plate. And runic hammers not working on armor seals the deal. Which is good it creates more demand for the high end tailor reward. It's a good compromise IMO.

400-500k seems right for barbed kits though. 600k the price of old but demand kinda dipped.

I was told by pm that the ar is 144 with invuln shield and with armor patches 150 is this true
