When is the best time to page a GM? I have been #1 in queue for almost an hour now and nothing. Do thy have certain time frames and once you submitted for one and do not get a response does your ticket stay open?

Stays open as long as you stay logged in and in queue. Log off and lose your spot

Need to stay logged in with it. It really depends on the time and day.
