GAH! Do ye remember who the thief was? I've been houndin this leg since the event vigilantly to no avail! Thank'ee fer the reply, m'friend, was beginning to worry it just plain old might not exist.

The thing is, they were turned in for the quest at the event. So if anyone had them it was just getting them right as the event ended. I killed someone and looted theirs. So the chances of you finding one is really low, its a pretty rare item.
