open two paragon chests

I have two chests, and I'm guessing that only a GM lock picker can open them.
My lock picker is only 94.8 real skill.

Is there a locksmith in the house who can help?

I opened 10+ paragon chests at that skill level (shown 95). Seems you only need GM skill for dungeon chests (and t. map chests?).

put your chests on the ground, attack a healer or a hostile mob and let them walk over it. chest busts open, who needs lockpicking
