NPC Tailor in Britain - Error Message?

No clue what this means but I got this message today working on my crafter.. went to open up the shop and it immediately closed out and this message appeared (lower left). Happened a few times and I had to buy from the other NPC.

Not sure if it's anything you can fix.

That's from your third party program (razor or steam), not the game itself. You have a buy agent active in that program.
