what is the lowest skill needed to transfer?

DOH just now saw this message, I know they will transfer with 115/115 and bond with a deed but I honestly don't know how much lower you can go. I tried transferring to a 110/100 (ish) and it was a no-go.
I spoke with Bryce and he said he was considering making these guys a lower requirement such as 110/110 because there is currently almost no market for these things.
I just did a major update as well, all pets now have a better stat offering.

The market for those pets are very bad because of the high reqs and sure uselesss-ness.
Also the Devs should cencrated on making more 2 slot pets with different skill sets and variety, rather than say keeping on their boring 1 track mindset going after req 120 taming new tameables.

It was a novel idea to freshen things up, but I think they missed the mark a little bit on the requirements.
For Legendary Tamers there's skeletal steeds and the green beetle which are purely vanity, the death beetle which is a great utility pet, and the new new pets from RDAs which are boss sauce. That's 5 Legendary pets, I think that's a good number.
I say knock these nightmare things down to bonding with a deed at 105/105 and bond naturally at 110/110 so they actually see some action.
